One of the perks of living in a vibrant city like Dallas, Texas, is the variety of live musical performances it attracts. No matter what type of music you prefer, you’ll find a few must-see concerts this fall. Here’s just a part of the lineup.

Country Stars

Are you a fan of country music? Don’t miss Jason Aldean on his “Back in the Saddle” tour on September 10 at the outdoor Dos Equis Pavilion at 1818 First Ave. in Dallas. At the same location, Brooks and Dunn will be performing in their “Reboot” tour on September 23.

Hard Rock

Rock out with Korn and Staind at the Dos Equis Pavilion on September 21. For something a bit different, check out Avatar, a Swedish heavy metal band on their “Going Hunting” tour. They arrive at the House of Blues Dallas, 2200 N. Lamar St., on September 27.

Oldies

If you’re old enough to remember all the words to “Hotel California,” you’ll want to see the Eagles in concert at the American Airlines Center. Their show is on September 21. Another special performer coming to the same venue is Roger Waters of Pink Floyd fame on October 8.

Pop Music

The American Airlines Center is hosting two very different pop stars back-to-back on September 11 and 12. On the 11th, welcome Harry Styles and Jenny Lewis. Enrique Iglesias appears the following day.
