Mitsubishi recently announced its lineup for 2025. Several model updates are sure to appeal to buyers who will be looking at new vehicles in the next few months. Full details will be available as the models launch, but some basic information has been released on these updates now.
What’s New?
2025 Mitsubishi Outlander
The new generation of the Outlander was introduced for the 2022 model. The 2025 model sees a mid-cycle refresh with updates on the front and rear styling and more luxury inside. The PHEV version is the best-selling all-wheel drive plug-in hybrid in the world. The new model features heated front seats, which are standard on all trims. SEL trims also come with a heated steering wheel and panoramic sunroof.
Mitsubishi continues the Black Edition for the SEL trim and the Platinum Edition trim, which comes with Black Diamond paint. My MITSUBISHI CONNECT adds the Safeguard free trial for five years and a 12-month free trial for Remote Services. All trims include Super-All Wheel Control 4WD system for more capability. The PHEV also comes with up to 420 miles of range, including 38 miles all-electric.
2025 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross
The Eclipse Cross is also updated for the 2025 model year. The front and rear enhancements from the previous model year are continued for 2025 while Rear Seat Alert is made standard. The Black Edition for the SE trim has revised its front lip and rear spoiler. Mitsubishi added a five-year free trial of Safeguard and 12-month free trial of Remote Servies for all LE trims and higher. All Eclipse Cross models come with the AWC all-wheel drive system as standard.
2025 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport
As one of the best-selling models in Mitsubishi’s lineup, the Outlander Sport features standard All-Wheel Control for the 2025 model year. Rear Seat Alert will be standard as well.
What Doesn’t Change
With the updates that Mitsubishi has provided for these models, one thing remains the same. The Mitsubishi warranty is one of the best in the industry. Every new model comes with a 10-year/100,000-mile powertrain warranty and a five-year/60,000-mile limited warranty. Other coverages include:
- Corrosion/perforation warranty: 7 years/100,000 miles
- Roadside assistance: 5 years/unlimited miles
- Maintenance program: 2 years/30,000 miles
